Creamy Tortellini with Chicken



This is a recipe that I literally CRAVE it's so delicious. This picture doesn't do this food justice.

Creamy Tortellini with Chicken

2 cups Prego Mushroom Italian Sauce
1/3 cups half-and-half
1 package (16 oz.) frozen cheese filled tortellini cooked and drained
2 cups cooked chicken strips
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Stir the Italian sauce and half-and-half in an 11x8 inch shallow baking dish. Add the tortellini, chicken and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Stir well. Top with the Parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until hot.




So deliciously bad for you. It's a wonder that I don't weigh 400 pounds!!
