I found this recipe for jalapeno poppers on Pinterest awhile back. I just used what I had on hand and I also used turkey bacon. Hey why not save a few calories?!
These came fresh from my garden. That's it. There were 3 plants and I got a total of 6 whopping jalapenos! FYI, the red just means it stayed on the plant longer. It doesn't mean it's any spicier or bad.
All wrapped up and ready to be cooked!
Ahhh, I tell ya, there is nothing like cream cheese and bacon. Mmmmm!!
