Healthy Berry Popsicle

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Nectresse™ Sweetener for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I'm always on the lookout for a healthy treat or a way to make a treat healthier. I have been on a huge popsicle kick lately. I picked up some popsicle molds from Michael's. They had one style: rockets. Not my first choice but I wanted to make me some popsicle's!

NECTRESSE™Sweetener sent me a few samples to try. This is the only 100% natural sweetener made from real fruit. The type of fruit is called monk fruit. I've never heard of it but apparently you can buy monk fruit extract at the grocery store. You can use this sweetener for more than iced tea. It can be substituted for sugar in baking and cooking. Why not save a few unnecessary calories if you can!

The recipe for these popsicle's is super easy. It called for sugar but instead I used this sweetener to save on those little bit of calories. NECTRESSE™Sweetener taste's really good! I actually didn't notice the taste that some artificial sweeteners' leave behind.

So here is the recipe to make these Berry delicious popsicles.

1 cup of yogurt (I use vanilla for more flavor)

1 cup of berries (I used blackberries, raspberries and blackberries)

1 packet of NECTRESSE™Sweetener

1 tbsp vanilla extract.

They are creamy and super satisfying in this crazy HEAT!

The great thing about this recipe is that it's so versatile. I've made it with banana, pineapple, strawberries and blueberries!
