Mrs. Smith's Signature Deep Dish Pies and $50 Williams-Sonoma Gift Card GIVEAWAY

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Mrs. Smith's for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Mrs. Smith's Signature Deep Dish pies are sure to be a crowd pleaser. There are four different options to choose from. There is Dutch Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce, Cherry Pie with Butter Fudge Sauce, Peach Pie with Cream Cheese Icing, or Pumpkin Pie with Cream Cheese Icing. So what exactly is different about the deep dish pie than other Mrs. Smith's options? These deep dish pies use the same crust and the same filling but just offer MORE deliciousness in one pie.

The best thing about these delicious pies is that you can add to them to make them even more delicious! I love, love, love caramel so I would choose the Dutch Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce and then probably add a dollop of whipped cream and some more caramel. You can never, ever have to much caramel. Ever.

Mantel & Tree 2012

The winner of the Custom Family Rules art from Signs by Andrea is Christa! Congrats, you should be receiving an email from me to claim your prize!

Mantel & Tree 2012

(Find the pallet art HERE, pallet trough HERE, and wreath tutorial HERE)

This years tree and mantel is totally different than something I would pick out for myself. A friend of mine that moved gave me all of her Christmas decorations. Awesome, right!? I typically go for more of the woodsy, earthy theme but her colors were champagne, gold, and bronze with a a smidge of maroon. Way more glitz than I’m used to!

Holiday Cards with Minted

Christmas is quickly approaching and it’s not to late to send out your holiday cards! This awesome website, Minted, offers a great selection of designs for your holiday cards this year. I love getting cards from people with their family pictures.

I love the simplicity of this one. It doesn’t scream Christmas and could be displayed all year!

How cool is this?! You can select the city you live in. What a great card for someone who has family all over the U.S.

For a card that is more Christmas looking, this is a great option.

Love this Peace on Earth card and the multi-colors.

I could literally go on and on. There are toooonnnnsss of options. If you can’t find what you are looking for, well, I just don’t see how you couldn’t!

Be sure to consider visiting Minted for you Holiday card selection this year!

Ok, I am obsessed with these super simple pallet trough’s. Some of you may have seen the sneak peek on Instagram (hannahyoungancrafty), Twitter and Facebook. This one is basically the same design as the one I made with dividers (HERE). I knew I wanted something for my mantel to put filler in. This was perfect AND free.

Custom Family Rules Art from Signs by Andrea {GIVEAWAY}

Signs by Andrea gave me the opportunity to create a custom family rules sign. I decided to make one for my sister-in-law since I don’t have any kids yet. I didn’t really think that my husband and I needed rules :)

It was super easy to make. There are different options for rules or you can make up your very own.

I purchased the print from Shutterfly in the 11x14 size. I then grabbed a 16x20 frame from Hobby Lobby and an 11x14 matte. I love the big frame!

And now you get the chance to win your own customizable family rules art! I’m trying out this rafflecopter thing so we will see how it goes.

Neosporin Essentials

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of NEOSPORIN® ESSENTIALS™ for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

My sister and my nephew both have eczema. To be honest, I didn’t know much about it other than that it was a skin condition. Here are a few things that I’ve recently learned about eczema. Eczema is a chronic inflammatory skin condition characterized by dry, itchy skin and visible skin rash. Atopic dermatitis is the most common form. When healthy, the external layer of your skin act as a protective barrier but for people with eczema, the skin has a deficiency in the external layer that allows the moisture to escape and causes chronic dryness. When skin is dry an unprotected, irritants can reach the sensitive layers below and cause uncomfortable itch flare-ups. People with eczema are more susceptible to irritants or allergens, which trigger inflammation-producing cells that result in itching and redness. WOW, having eczema really stinks!

While I don’t have eczema, I have seen my sister struggle with having it. It is estimated that 35 million Americans suffer from eczema. 70% of eczema cases start in children under 5 years of age.

Now there is a product to help treat eczema! NEOSPORIN® ESSENTIALS™ is the #1 doctor recommended brand for an over-the-counter ointment to help with eczema. There is a daily moisturizing cream, daily body wash, and anti-itch cream. Each product has a unique Relipid™ formula, which contains a lipid, humectant, emollient and botanical blend to help retain moisture that is essential for healthy looking skin.

The worst time for eczema is fall and winter. During the fall, try to keep stress low. Make sure to focus on a regular skin care routine. During the winter, try to keep skin warm and protected when outside. A thick, protective moisturizer helps with windburn. A humidifier in your bedroom and help to add moisture to the dry air and of course continue with a regular skin routine.

Christmas Past

I wanted to do a little round up of all the Christmas things I’ve made. Maybe you will be inspired! Click on the image to go to the post.

Duck® the Halls!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Duck Brand® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Who doesn’t love Duck Tape®? It can be used for so many things! Not to mention that Duck® Brand has done an awesome job at extending the options. I know that once upon a time the only option available was grey. Not anymore! Now you can choose from zebra, fun colors, stripes, and so much more. Did you know that Duck® brand has been around for 20 years? Me neither! They have been constantly innovating and offering solutions for America’s households.

They now have a new line of Holiday Duck Tape®. Is that not the cutest ever? It looks just like ribbon. I absolutely love the polka dots! I think that this would make the perfect wrapping for Christmas presents. It’s so festive. If you are super good with making things out of Duck Tape® you could even make bows or flowers to put on presents.

Don’t forget about your family and friends who love Duck Tape®. Wouldn’t this make such a great gift? This would also be a great gift idea for parties that have the gift exchanges. I’m sure you are going to at least one. Why not get something that is inexpensive and that everyone would love to have!?

You can also become a fan of Duck Tape® on Facebook. They offer great updates of the newest products that are available. There are even contests for creating a Duck Tape® design and different events that you won’t want to miss out on! Go to to follow along!

Christmas Wreath {Tutorial}

Christmas Wreath

I knew I wanted something Christmas-y to go on my big mirror in my living room. A wreath was the perfect touch! I had a friend who moved and gave me all of her Christmas decorations. Yes, I said ALL of them. So now I can change up my “themes” from year to year. Her decorations were champagne, gold and bronze. TOTALLY different than my red, blue and silver! I’ll have to show you guys a side by side of my old mantel and new on this year.
