I seriously can’t believe I haven’t posted this smoothie before. Strawberries and bananas are a classic combination and make one of the most perfect smoothies. This smoothie is perfect to make the night before and have for lunch the next day.
1 container strawberry greek lite yogurt (90 calories)
1/4 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (7.5 calories)
1 cup strawberries (50 calories)
1 frozen sliced banana (100 calories)
2 handfuls spinach (40 calories)
Total Calories: 287.50
Throw everything in the blender with the spinach on the bottom. Blend until smooth.
