This is another great “make the night before” smoothie.
1 container of greek vanilla yogurt (100 calories)
1 small apple (60 calories)
1 small pear (60 calories)
2 handfuls of spinach (40 calories)
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk (7.5 calories)
Total Calories: 267.5
Make sure you put the spinach on the bottom in the blender and then add all of the other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
