1 frozen sliced banana (70-100 calories)
2 handfuls of blueberries (40 calories)
2 handfuls of spinach (40 calories)
1 container lite greek blueberry yogurt (90 calories)
1/4 cup almond milk (7.5 calories)
Total Calories: 247.50 – 277.50
Make sure to put your spinach on the bottom in the blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth!
