When I find raspberry’s on sale, I swoop them up! They are delicious in a smoothie. This smoothie is one that you make the day you plan to drink it. Citrus fruits, like oranges, do not do well the next day.
2 handfuls of raspberries (35 calories)
1 medium sized orange (65 calories)
1/4 cup of vanilla greek yogurt (35 calories for Kroger brand)
2 handfuls of spinach (40 calories)
1/2 cup of ice
Total Calories: 175
Throw everything in the blender. Make sure the ice is on the bottom and then the spinach. I usually blend the ice up pretty good before adding anything else. Blend until smooth.
Ahh, so refreshing!
